The conference was jointly organized by World Leadership Academy (WLA) and Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) Deemed to be University Bhubaneswar, Odisha India on 21st-22nd October, 2022. It is an attempt to bring the academicians, researchers, and practitioners together at a common platform for an interdisciplinary and scientific approach to the art of leadership and Decision Making. The new age applications of disciplines such as psychology, anthropology, cognitive science, mathematics, computer science, statistics, economics, law etc. in the decision making have been increasing. Such applications make the art of decision making and leadership more scientific. This conference was act as such platform for discussed new developments in the field of decision making and leadership.
